Where do you deliver?

Our delivery area is Montreal. This preview accepts Montreal H postal codes; the final service map will be confirmed by the atelier before live orders open. Ask us about your neighbourhood.

When will my meals arrive?

The proposed weekly schedule is Sunday delivery for orders placed before Thursday at 11:59 PM, Montreal time. Delivery windows will be confirmed before launch.

How do I reheat my meals?

Each meal will come with its own reheating and storage instructions. Follow the label for your dish, and keep it refrigerated on arrival.

What about dietary needs and allergens?

Open any meal for its ingredient and allergen details. Plant-based options are available in the sample menu. Meals are prepared in a shared kitchen; contact the atelier about an allergy before ordering. Preview nutrition is illustrative.

Can I pause or cancel a weekly plan?

The preview offers one-time and weekly selections without charging you. Live subscription management and final pause and cancellation terms need to be configured with the atelier before launch.

Is this website taking real orders?

Not yet. You can explore the complete ordering experience and save a preview order. No payment is collected and no delivery is booked. The menu, pricing, photography and nutrition are sample content pending approval.
